Delivery and Returns


Welcome to Cuckoo Hibou Online Shop. We are proud to be an independant shop. We love to choose small creators around the globe with the best quality in mind.

For your best and your children, we care about the origin of our products and the materials used. If you like to pick original fashion brands and different toys, you are in the right place !


Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours during Monday to Friday (subject to payment and stock availability). Please allow 48 hours during weekends and holidays.

If any products are out of stock, it will appear on the website, next to the item you would like to purchase. However, it might happen that the website is not updated on time. In that case we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call to let you know that the item is no longer available.

Cuckoo Hibou delivers all around the world but postage and packing charges will be different from where you live.

- UK First Class Royal Mail delivery (1-2 days) = £4.95
- UK Second Class (2-5 days) £2.50
- UK Next Day Royal Mail delivery (next day by 11am) = £10
- Heavy/Large items above 2 kgs = £12
- Heavy/ Large items above 10 kgs = £35
- Europe Standard Royal Mail delivery (5-7 days) = £7,95
- Europe Priority (1-4 days) = £15
- Heavy/Large items above 2kgs = £17,50
- Heavy/Large items above 10kgs = £35
- International (7-14 days) = £9,95
- International Priority US (1-3 days) = £17,50
- International Priority Rest Of The World (3-4 days) = £25
- Heavy/Large items above 2kgs = £30
- Heavy/Large items above 10kgs = £50

Please note that import duty and VAT can be apply for deliveries outside of the European Union. We have no control over these charges and we cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country.

Also note that if you don’t pick up your order, it will be returned to us more than 4 weeks after and we will only refund 50% of its value.

Faulty / Damaged products

We will always make sure that products are in perfect condition when they leave our shop.

However, if an item that you received is faulty or damaged please let us know at : within 48 hours of delivery quoting your name and order number. Please clearly explain why you would like to return/exchange your items and provide us images of the fault/damage.


We hope that you liked what you have purchased, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

You may complete an exchange or a return in the next 14 days following the reception of your parcel.

We are inviting you to return articles:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (with the labels and tags still attached)
- Together with the corresponding invoice (available on your account and previously printed)

If you wish to return your order, please send us an email at and clearly explain why you would like to return your item(s).

The refund of the total amount of your order (shipping costs includes) will be made to your bank account or Paypal in the few days following the reception of your parcel.

You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order at any time before the delivery of the items(s) or within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s).

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your request.

Please also note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the procedures described in the return policy above.
